First of all, I have to say that I have been looking for a property for a year and my experiences with other real estate agents have left me annoyed. Until I came across Premium Villas by chance and got to meet Tanja. Not only did she show us the perfect property, which we also bought and have now been happily living in for six months. But the service didn't stop after the sale. The contract design is really balanced and fully covered ours and the seller's. After the sale, all of our current contracts were rewritten. But even when we had a power outage or the water stopped running for a short time due to a construction site or we had to clarify something with the city and couldn't get it done ourselves, we were helped. I'm really not only positively surprised but also thrilled. When we were planning various renovations or modernizations, after a short phone call with Daniel (the boss), a gardener, a pool builder, an electrician and a plumbing specialist were on site the following day. If I want to sell the house at some point, I will do so again through Premium Villas and if I am looking for something new or want to build something here, I will also contact Premium Villas. Therefore 5 stars from us.

Would buy or sell a property at any time again through this company. Very nice and competent multilingual service. Difficult problem concerning inheritance cleanly and quickly solved with the "Registrador". Foreign documents submitted with apostille and quickly prepared and officially submitted by accredited translator. A few weeks later, transfer of the property was entered in the register without any problems. Cost zero, everything was included in the commission, although not foreseen.
